Technical Eligibility & Academic Scrutiny
Fresh applicants ko respective Board ke Class XII examination mein relevant stream ke successful candidates ke above 80th percentile category mein hona chahiye. Student ko regular degree course mein admission lena chahiye; correspondence, distance aur diploma courses covered nahi hain.
Family income limit ₹4.5 lakh per annum hai. Fresh applicant ke liye income certificate required hai, jabki renewal ke liye previous-year marksheet upload karni hoti hai.
Scheme ke fresh scholarship slots maximum 82,000 per year tak hain. Guidelines mein girls ke liye 50% slots earmarked hain aur Humanities, Science aur Commerce allocation ka ratio 3:3:1 diya gaya hai. Reservation framework mein 15% SC, 7.5% ST, 27% OBC aur 5% horizontal reservation for Benchmark Disabilities specified hai.
Renewal ke liye student ko annual examination mein minimum 50% marks aur 75% attendance maintain karni hoti hai. Scholarship year-to-year renewable hai aur total duration normally 5 years se adhik nahi hoti.

National Scholarship Portal par OTR required hai. FAQ ke अनुसार OTR ek unique number hai jo Aadhaar/Aadhaar Enrolment ID based registration ke baad generate hota hai aur academic career ke dauran use kiya jata hai.
Application ke liye OTR se login karke domicile state aur Post-Matric option select kiya jata hai, phir academic/category details aur scheme selection ke baad documents upload karke final submission hota hai.

Scholarship Amount & DBT
Guidelines ke अनुसार graduation ke first three years mein scholarship ₹12,000 per annum hai. Post-Graduation level par amount ₹20,000 per annum hai; specified five-year/integrated professional courses ke 4th aur 5th year mein bhi ₹20,000 p.a. ka provision diya gaya hai.
Payment DBT ke through beneficiary ke bank account mein hoti hai. Aadhaar-seeded bank account ka use scholarship disbursement ke liye kiya jata hai aur payment status PFMS ke “Know Your Payment” facility se track kiya ja sakta hai.
