Round 2 का schedule 14 September 2026 को Office of the Chairman, NEET PG (MDS) Admission/Counselling Board 2026, SMS Medical College, Jaipur द्वारा जारी किया गया था।

Schedule notification में candidates को यह भी बताया गया था कि Round 1 की choices Round 2 के लिए valid नहीं रहेंगी। यदि Round 2 में allotment या upgradation के लिए consideration चाहिए, तो fresh choices भरना आवश्यक था।
Security Amount
Schedule के अनुसार RUHS College of Dental Sciences और Private Dental Colleges में MDS course के लिए opting candidates के लिए ₹25,000 security amount निर्धारित था। जिन candidates ने earlier round में security amount जमा किया था, उन्हें इसे दोबारा जमा करने की आवश्यकता नहीं थी।
Application Fee
Notification में non-refundable application fee:
- General और अन्य applicable candidates: ₹4,000
- Rajasthan domicile SC/ST/ST-STA candidates: ₹3,000
- Applicable transaction charges अलग से
बताई गई थी।

Rajasthan NEET MDS Counselling Board ने 20 September 2026 को “Provisional State Merit List After Verification Round 2 MDS Candidates” जारी की।
इस merit list में candidate की counselling position समझने के लिए कई महत्वपूर्ण fields दी गई हैं, जिनमें:

Merit List में State Merit Rank कैसे दिखाई देता है?
Merit list की शुरुआत State Merit Rank 1 से होती है। शुरुआती entries में Vedika Prajapati को Rank 1, Shweta Parashar को Rank 2, Joysmita Mandal को Rank 3 और Ritik Tanwar को Rank 4 दिया गया है।
List के अंतिम page तक State Merit Rank 408 तक candidates listed हैं। अंतिम entries में Virendra Kumar Rank 400, Savita Yadav Rank 401, Vijay Kumar Rank 402, Ravika Godara Rank 403, Lokendar Panwar Rank 404, Roshan Ara Rank 405, Aakansha Gautam Rank 406, Divya Rani Rank 407 और Siyaram Gurjar Rank 408 पर हैं।
In-Service Candidates की जानकारी
Merit list में In-Service और Non-Service status अलग-अलग दिखाया गया है। उदाहरण के तौर पर State Merit Rank 40 पर Joshi Aditya Diwakar को In-Service status और 3 years rural experience के साथ दिखाया गया है।
Document में यह note भी दिया गया है कि in-service candidates की verification DMHS द्वारा 20 September 2026 के verification के आधार पर की गई है।
Rajasthan NEET MDS Round 2 Seat Matrix 2026
Round 2 के लिए जारी seat matrix में Government और Private Dental Colleges of Rajasthan की MDS seats का branch-wise distribution दिया गया है।
इस three-page matrix में कुल 13 colleges शामिल हैं और displayed college totals को जोड़ने पर 454 seats का Round 2 matrix बनता है। Seat matrix पर यह note भी दिया गया है कि data respective colleges द्वारा updated information के अनुसार है।

Seat matrix में अलग-अलग colleges के लिए AI Nature Seats, State Nature Seats और Management Seats के साथ recognised/permitted status भी दिखाया गया है। इसलिए किसी particular college या branch की seat देखते समय केवल total figure के बजाय seat nature और status भी देखना जरूरी है।

Rajasthan NEET MDS Counselling Board ने 24 September 2026 को Round 2 provisional seat allotment result जारी किया।

इस provisional allotment list में 172 candidate entries हैं। अंतिम entries में S. No. 169 से 172 तक Vijay Kumar, Ravika Godara, Lokendar Panwar और Divya Rani शामिल हैं।
Result में कौन-कौन से allotment remarks हैं?
Round 2 result में candidates के लिए अलग-अलग remarks का इस्तेमाल किया गया है, जैसे:
- Fresh Allotment in Round 2
- Upgraded
- Retained R1 seat
- Did not opt for upgradation
उदाहरण के लिए Aditi Soni को Round 2 में Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery allot हुई और remark “Upgraded” दिया गया। Sonam Sharma को Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics allot हुई और उनका भी status “Upgraded” है।
वहीं कुछ candidates ने Round 1 की seat retain की, जबकि कुछ candidates ने Round 2 में upgradation के लिए option नहीं लिया। Result में इन स्थितियों को अलग remarks के रूप में दिखाया गया है।
Provisional Result का मतलब क्या है?
यह Round 2 result final admission list नहीं है।
Official notice के अनुसार result provisional और indicative nature का है। Candidate का नाम या seat allotment दिखाई देने मात्र से उस seat, college, course या admission पर final vested right प्राप्त नहीं होता।
Board eligibility, merit/rank, category, domicile/NRI status जहां applicable हो, documents, choices, seat availability और seat matrix की verification/reconciliation कर सकता है।
यदि seat matrix में revision, seat addition/withdrawal, category conversion या competent authority के किसी subsequent order के कारण allotment प्रभावित होता है, तो allotment में consequential revision किया जा सकता है।
इसलिए candidates को केवल result PDF देखकर admission process को complete नहीं मानना चाहिए। Allotment letter, prescribed fee, original documents, reporting और institution-level admission formalities भी पूरी करनी होंगी।
Round 2 Reporting 2026: क्या करना है?
Schedule के अनुसार Round 2 allotment के बाद online allotment letter printing, reporting और document submission की प्रक्रिया 25 September से 29 September 2026 तक निर्धारित की गई थी।
Reporting का सामान्य समय 10:00 AM से 4:00 PM दिया गया था। 29 September को fee deposition 3:00 PM तक और reporting 5:00 PM तक निर्धारित थी।
Notification के अनुसार candidates को allotted college desk पर allotment letter, original documents, prescribed one-year tuition fee, required bonds और Information Bulletin में बताए गए अन्य documents के साथ reporting करनी थी।
Rajasthan NEET MDS Round 2 Resignation Notice 2026
Round 2 result के बाद 24 September 2026 को State NEET PG MDS Counselling Board-2026 ने अलग resignation notification जारी किया।
इस notification में विशेष रूप से उन candidates के लिए resignation window दी गई है जिनका Round 2 में upgradation नहीं हुआ है।
ऐसे candidates अपने respective colleges में:
25 September 2026 से 26 September 2026
के बीच
सुबह 10:00 बजे से शाम 5:00 बजे तक
resignation कर सकते हैं।
Notification के अनुसार इस निर्धारित window में resignation करने पर security deposit forfeiture नहीं होगा।
Resignation से पहले क्या check करें?
Candidate को resignation का निर्णय लेने से पहले अपने Round 2 result में Round 2 remark, allotted course, college और Round 1 status को ध्यान से देखना चाहिए।
केवल यह मान लेना सही नहीं होगा कि हर Round 2 candidate automatically resignation कर सकता है। Resignation notification specifically उन candidates को address करता है जो Round 2 में upgraded नहीं हुए हैं।
Schedule, Merit List, Seat Matrix और Result को कैसे समझें?
इन पांच documents को अलग-अलग देखने के बजाय counselling sequence के रूप में समझना ज्यादा उपयोगी है।
Step 1 — Schedule
14 September की notification ने Round 2 की registration, security amount, choice filling, merit list, result और reporting की timeline तय की।
Step 2 — Seat Matrix
16 September को published provisional seat matrix ने available MDS seats और college/branch-wise distribution का आधार दिया। बाद के matrix में colleges और branches के अनुसार seat distribution दिखाया गया।
Step 3 — Merit List
20 September की verification के बाद provisional merit list ने eligible candidates की State Merit Rank और अन्य relevant details दिखाईं।
Step 4 — Choice Filling
Candidates ने 17–22 September के बीच fresh Round 2 choices भरकर save कीं। Choices 22 September को 11:55 PM पर auto-lock हुईं।
Step 5 — Result
24 September को Round 2 provisional allotment result प्रकाशित हुआ, जिसमें candidate की Round 2 seat और applicable remark दिखाई गई।
Step 6 — Reporting या Applicable Resignation
Allotted candidates के लिए reporting process 25–29 September निर्धारित था। वहीं Round 2 में upgrade नहीं हुए candidates के लिए 25–26 September की resignation window अलग notification में दी गई।
Candidates के लिए Important Points
- Round 2 की fresh choices भरना जरूरी था; Round 1 choices को Round 2 के लिए valid नहीं माना गया।
- Round 2 result provisional है।
- Seat allotment eligibility, documents, category, seat matrix और applicable rules की verification के अधीन है।
- Merit list में State Merit Rank और NEET-related details अलग-अलग fields में दी गई हैं।
- Seat matrix में college और branch के साथ seat nature/status भी देखना चाहिए।
