Rajasthan NEET UG Medical/Dental Counselling 2026 के Round 3 का official schedule जारी हो चुका है। Rajasthan NEET UG Medical & Dental Admission/Counselling Board ने 19 September 2026 की notification में MBBS और BDS admissions के लिए Round 3 की registration, security deposit, choice filling, merit list, allotment और reporting से जुड़ी dates जारी की हैं।
Round 3 का provisional vacant seat matrix 23 September 2026 को जारी किया गया है। इसमें government, government-society, RUHS CMS, NRI, private medical और dental colleges की category-wise vacant seats शामिल हैं।

Official schedule के अनुसार Round 3 में पहले भरे गए Round 1 और Round 2 choices को allotment के लिए consider नहीं किया जाएगा। Round 3 में participate या upgrade करने वाले candidates को fresh choices भरना mandatory है।
Rajasthan NEET UG Round 3 Schedule 2026
Registration और application
Fresh candidates के लिए online registration और application process 23 September 2026 से शुरू किया गया है। Application fee जमा करने की अंतिम तिथि 3 October 2026, शाम 4:00 बजे है, जबकि दोनों parts of application form submit करने की scheduled deadline 3 October 2026, रात 8:00 बजे है।
Already registered candidates को सामान्य स्थिति में दोबारा registration करने की आवश्यकता नहीं है। हालांकि Round 1 या Round 2 में registered candidate ने Part 2 पूरा नहीं किया था, तो notification के अनुसार वह इसे पूरा कर सकता है। Round 2 में seat allot होने के बाद join/report नहीं करने वाले candidate को Round 3 में भाग लेने के लिए fresh registration/re-registration, applicable application fee और security amount की आवश्यकता होगी।
⚠️ Critical Mandatory Warning: Official notification में application form की scheduled submission deadline 3 October 2026, 8:00 PM दी गई है। उसी notification के एक बाद के note में Part 2 और Part 1 के कुछ editable fields के लिए 10:00 PM तक editing का उल्लेख है। Candidates को final submission deadline और portal status को official counselling portal पर carefully verify करना चाहिए।
Merit List और Verification
Provisional merit list तथा Defence/Para-Military/NRI candidates की verification list 4 October 2026 को प्रकाशित की जानी है।
Defence, Para-Military और NRI candidates की physical certificate verification 5 October 2026, सुबह 10:00 बजे से दोपहर 3:00 बजे तक, Academic Block, SMS Medical College, Jaipur में होगी। PwBD/PwD, NRI और Defence/Para-Military verification के बाद provisional merit lists 5 October 2026 midnight को और provisional combined merit list 6 October 2026 को scheduled है।
Rajasthan NEET UG Round 3 Security Deposit
Round 3 में applicable security deposit choice filling और seat allotment के लिए महत्वपूर्ण है।
Official notification में निम्न security amounts दिए गए हैं:
- Government MBBS seat के लिए applicable categories में ₹50,000
- Government Society Colleges और RUHS CMS में MBBS Management Seat के लिए ₹2,00,000
- Government/Government Society/RUHS CMS MBBS NRI Seat के लिए ₹5,00,000
- Private Medical College MBBS seats के लिए ₹5,00,000
- केवल BDS seats के लिए Government Dental College, RUHS CDS और Private Dental Colleges में ₹10,000
Notification के अनुसार ₹2 lakh या ₹5 lakh जमा करने वाले candidates को निर्धारित अन्य government medical/dental, society, RUHS और private dental choices के लिए भी eligibility मिल सकती है, जैसा notification में specified है।
Round 1 या Round 2 में applicable security amount जमा कर चुके candidates को सामान्यतः दोबारा जमा नहीं करना है, सिवाय उन candidates के जिनकी security non-joining के कारण forfeited हुई या जिन्हें applicable difference amount जमा करना है। Round 2 की allotted seat पर report नहीं करने वाले candidates को Round 3 participation के लिए security amount फिर से जमा करना होगा।
Round 3 Choice Filling में क्या बदल गया?
Round 3 का सबसे महत्वपूर्ण point fresh choice filling है।
Round 1 या Round 2 में भरी गई choices Round 3 allotment के लिए इस्तेमाल नहीं होंगी। इसलिए Round 3 में participate करने वाले candidates को नई choices भरनी होंगी। यह rule उन candidates पर भी लागू है जो पहले किसी round में seat allot होने के बाद upgrade के लिए Round 3 में भाग लेना चाहते हैं।
Round 3 में choice filling की अवधि:
24 September 2026 से 7 October 2026
और choices का auto-locking:
7 October 2026, रात 11:45 बजे
होगा।
Candidates को choice filling करते समय real vacancies के साथ संभावित virtual vacancies को भी ध्यान में रखने की सलाह दी गई है। Official notification के अनुसार earlier-round joined candidates के upgradation और NRI/PwBD/PwD/category seats के exhaustion के कारण virtual vacancies real vacancies में बदल सकती हैं।
Round 3 Seat Matrix 2026
23 September 2026 की official seat matrix में Rajasthan के MBBS और BDS colleges के लिए category-wise seats प्रकाशित की गई हैं।
Medical seat matrix में government MBBS seats का total 155, RUHS CMS/Government Society RAJMES management seats का 55, MBBS NRI seats का 317, private MBBS general seats का 2,061 और private MBBS management seats का 435 दिया गया है। इन sections का combined MBBS state-seat total 3,023 है।
BDS section में government seats का total 19, private general seats का 377 और private management seats का 71 है। Official matrix में कुल BDS seats 467 दिखाई गई हैं।
PwBD/PwD candidates के लिए अलग Round 3 seat matrix भी जारी की गई है। Government seats section में इसका total 57 है, जबकि RUHS CMS/Government Society RAJMES management-seat section में 49 seats दी गई हैं।
Seat matrix को college और category के अनुसार check करना जरूरी है क्योंकि सभी seats एक ही fee या seat type के अंतर्गत नहीं आतीं।
Round 3 Allotment Result और Reporting Dates
Official schedule के अनुसार Round 3 का indicative allotment result 9 October 2026 को online जारी किया जाना है। इसके बाद provisional allotment result 10 October 2026 को publish किया जाएगा।
Allotment letter की online printing 11 October से 15 October 2026 तक उपलब्ध रहेगी। Allotted candidates को prescribed one-year tuition fee भी इसी period में जमा करनी होगी, जिसकी deadline 15 October 2026, दोपहर 12:30 बजे है।
Reporting और document submission की scheduled period 11 से 15 October 2026 है। Candidates को allotment letter, original documents, required bonds, application form की copies और अन्य prescribed documents के साथ allotted college desk पर reporting करनी होगी। 15 October को reporting दोपहर 2:00 बजे तक निर्धारित है।
Round 3 में किन Candidates को Fresh Choices भरनी होंगी?
Official notification के अनुसार निम्न candidates Round 3 में choices भर सकते हैं, यदि वे applicable conditions पूरी करते हैं:
- Round 1/2 में registered लेकिन seat allotment नहीं मिला
- Joined status वाला candidate जो upgrade चाहता है
- Round 1 में allotted seat लेकर बिना security forfeiture के निर्धारित समय तक resign करने वाला candidate
- Newly registered candidate
- Re-registered candidate
- Clause XI “Other” eligibility के अंतर्गत आने वाले candidates, applicable vacant seats के लिए
Joined candidate जो अपनी existing seat retain करना चाहता है और upgrade नहीं चाहता, उसे Round 3 में choices भरने की आवश्यकता नहीं है।
Round 3 में किन गलतियों से बचें?
पहली गलती: Round 1/2 की पुरानी choices पर निर्भर रहना। ये choices Round 3 allotment में consider नहीं होंगी।
दूसरी गलती: applicable security deposit जमा किए बिना choice filling करना। जिन candidates के लिए security deposit आवश्यक है और वह जमा नहीं हुआ, उन्हें संबंधित seat/seat type के allotment में consider नहीं किया जाएगा।
तीसरी गलती: application deadline और choice auto-locking time को अलग-अलग न देखना। Application submission और choice locking की deadlines अलग हैं।
चौथी गलती: virtual vacancies को completely ignore करना। Board ने candidates को real और संभावित virtual vacancies दोनों को ध्यान में रखकर choices भरने की सलाह दी है।
पांचवीं गलती: allotted seat join नहीं करना। Round 3 में allotted seat पर join नहीं करने की स्थिति में security amount forfeiture और further-round participation पर restriction लागू हो सकती है।

अगर आप Round 3 में participate करना चाहते हैं, तो पहले अपनी registration status check करें। इसके बाद applicable security deposit, eligibility/category information और fresh choice filling की requirements verify करें।
Choice filling को अंतिम समय पर न छोड़ें। Official schedule के अनुसार choices 7 October 2026 को रात 11:45 बजे auto-lock होंगी।
Seat allotment के बाद allotment letter, prescribed tuition fee और reporting requirements को निर्धारित deadlines के अनुसार पूरा करना होगा।
